Voting moral system

Cover Explanation: Voting Moral is called Moral because the people of Xanthera vote when a majority from all parties calls for a Re-vote because they don't like the way the current presidents are handling things this is the first way a vote can happen.

• The second way is if 3 stalemates or more happen when deciding on bills if the second way happens then the bill will be frozen as undecided until the new presidents step in and sort it out.
• The third way is if Unique variables happen. Unique variables may include but are not limited to: Mental health status, Physical health status, E.T.C.
• The final way a vote will happen is a max of 6 years per term so a total of four ways altogether

How Voting Works:

• 5 presidents 2 halves. when Xantherians vote they shall show a special voter party membership card(no exceptions) Each party is to have 2 or more incumbents running during each voting moral.

 

• During voting moral each Xantherian votes for who they want as president(one vote per Xantherian each half). After the first half all votes are tallied and 3 presidents will be chosen. Also the two parties who had the most votes for their president enters a second voting half.

 

• During the second half both parties that entered the second half get to vote for a second president. the party with the least votes for their president during the first half does not enter the second half but will have 5 more advisers for their president as well as the highest I.Q. advisors. This president also has final say on all stalemated bills that the other four presidents can not agree on.

 

• All voting moral processes will be HIGHLY GUARDED by the Republic Of The Wolf Pack Xanthera Politizia and Artic Wolf Unit and C.A.P.P.S.
