incident today

del vista acers/del vista subdivision incident
We are writing to address a recent incident involving the operations of our company on our own private property, particularly in relation to the presence and relocation of company vehicles and safety equipment such as cones.
While we understand and respect reasonable requests to keep public roads clear and safe, we are increasingly concerned about the perception and implications of being forced to conduct vital company functions in open, exposed areas such as the front lawn. These actions not only create an unprofessional appearance but also suggest a vulnerability or lack of formal structure, which can lead to the mistaken belief that our business is open to public interference or uninvited oversight.
Let us be clear: our company is privately operated on privately held property. We are not a public utility or HOA-controlled entity. We retain full rights over how and where we conduct our internal operations, provided we remain within legal bounds. Any suggestion otherwise—especially from individuals not directly affiliated with our company—will be treated as overreach and could lead to formal legal measures if continued.
Moreover, we are aware that visual exposure of our operations may inspire imitation or confusion among third parties. Let it be known that we will pursue legal consequences against any individual or entity that attempts to falsely claim ownership of, impersonate, or misrepresent affiliation with our company, including through unauthorized entry onto our property or mimicry of our operational practices.
We kindly request that future concerns be brought forward through respectful dialogue, and not through authoritative demands made in front of others or in a way that misrepresents the structure of our business. We expect the same level of professionalism that we extend to our neighbors and local representatives.
Sincerely,
mike
company operations officer

*****NEW ANNOUNCEMENTS********

We have built a 79' HO guage the train has been tasked with clearing trackside debris from its track but more importantly moving dirt dug up by construction on the O-guage train. +our O-guage engine is here.

*****older announcements********

COMING SOON A O SCALE RAILROAD IN XANTHERA THE RAILROAD WILL BE USED TO RUN STONE AND LEAD PELLETS

THE ENGINE BEING USED AT THE MOMENT IS A 2-6-0 oil/electric steam engine. we will announce more once the ice thaws and we can start construction.

We have built the first model railroad of Xanthera we proudly present The Republic Of The Wolf Pack Xanthera, Xantherian railroad candle and wax line. The Candle and Wax Line is a HO scale model train with traditional and custom buildings. More importantly it has a Wax grinding station on it and a Pour Tower. The Pour Tower is where wax powder is melted and poured into molds and turned into candles. We use a torch to melt the wax.

When we first get the wax it comes in the forms of donated bulk pieces, donated used candles, Fresh Wax purchased from a craft store. it will then be loaded on a waiting O-gauge Flatbed truck that takes it to the cutting room. from there its cut down into cubes about the size of a ice cube then its loaded onto O-gauge V-dump or CAT797 where its taken to a different room that has our where-housing.

then the wax is either stored or dispatched to the train room where it will go to a transfer station and get offloaded and loaded onto a train(1 engine roughly 16-20cars of wax 3-5 candles per train roughly).

our train will take the wax to the grinding station where the cubes are offloaded off each hopper car and ground down. from there the grindings are measured out in bread-pans and re loaded onto the train hoppers. the train cars are then driven to a siding where they are backed in and uncoupled from the engine so the melting process can begin.

once all the candles are made from that batch the train then hooks up some flat cars and the candles are loaded onto them then driven to the transfer station. the candles are then loaded onto O-gauge flatbed(capacity 24 candles) and then delivered back into the warehousing room and get stored until the weekend when we empty our where-house and sell off our product.

we will post pictures below.
