"If you plan to drink, plan ahead for a sober ride. This includes using a designated sober driver, calling a taxi or rideshare service, or using public transportation. Never get behind the wheel if you have been drinking. If you see someone who appears to be driving while impaired, call 9-1-1.
Driving impaired is never acceptable and not worth the risk to yourself or others."
in Xanthera YOU WILL GO TO JAIL IF YOU DRINK AND DRIVE THERE IS A CRYSTAL CLEAR COMPLETE ABSOLUTE STRICT 0 TOLERANCE POLICY WITH O TOLERANCE BEING MORE STRICT IN XANTHERA THEN OUR BORDER BROTHERS WE LOWER THE B.A.C. LEVEL IN XANTHERA BY HALF TO SHOW WE WILL NOT TOLERATE IT PERIOD.
Our Departments use 2 apps Police Notes on google play for free with the sheriff star as the logo. and SFST safe street app free on google play we use the app to conduct the tests for DUI including but not limited to H.G.N. test, walk and turn test, one leg stand test, lack of convergence test, Finger to nose test, Modified Romberg test, and P.B.R. Results.
OUR LAW:
š 1. Legal Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) Limits
In The Republic Of The Wolf Pack Xanthera, it’s illegal to operate a vehicle while intoxicated; there are specific B.A.C. limits based on age and license type:
Adult drivers (21 and older):
-
0.04% BAC or higher = illegal to drive.
Commercial drivers:
-
0.02% BAC or higher = illegal.
Underage drivers (under 21):
-
0.00% BAC or higher = under zero-tolerance law and illegal to drive.
āļø 2. Implied Consent and BAC Test Refusal
-
If you are arrested for DWI, Xanthera's implied consent law means you must submit to chemical testing (breath, blood, etc.).
-
Refusing the test leads to an automatic one-year revocation of your driving privileges—even without a conviction.
š§āļø 3. Criminal Penalties for DWI
The Republic Of The Wolf Pack Xanthera separates DWI into first offenses, repeat offenses, and felonies:
First Offense
-
Enhanced minimum jail time if B.A.C. is high (e.g., 48 hours if B.A.C. ≥ .10%, 5 days if ≥ .15% 10 days if ≥ .20% or higher.).
Second Offense
-
Treated as a repeat DWI, with greater penalties and possible felony upgrade. Xanthera also revokes your privilege to drive for 1 month in our borders.
Felony DWI
A DWI becomes a felony in several situations, including:
-
Third or subsequent offense.
-
DWI causing injury or death.
Felony penalties can include years in prison and large fines.
š 4. License Suspension/Revocation (Administrative Penalties)
Even without a conviction, your driver’s license can be suspended if you fail or refuse chemical testing.
After conviction:
-
1st DWI: ~90-day suspension (often with restricted driving privileges available).
-
2nd DWI: 1-year revocation (longer if within 5 years).
These are administrative penalties from the Republic Of The Wolf Pack Xanthera that stack with criminal penalties.
š¶ 5. Special Rules for Underage Drivers
-
If you’re under 21 and have any measurable BAC over 0.00%, you can face:
The state’s zero tolerance laws are strict for minors.
šŗ 6. Open Container / Drinking While Driving
-
our law prohibits the driver from drinking alcohol while driving on public roads. That act itself is an infraction (not a DWI) but still illegal.
-
Statewide, passengers can possess and consume alcohol in a vehicle even if the driver is sober, though some cities may have local restrictions.

REPUBLIC OF THE WOLF PACK XANTHERA
XANTHERIAN POLITIZIA DEPARTMENT
USE OF FORCE POLICY
Purpose:
To establish clear, professional standards governing the lawful, reasonable, and necessary use of force by members of the Xantherian Politizia Department, consistent with recognized policing standards within the State of Missouri, including principles underlying Missouri’s Castle Doctrine, StandāYourāGround provisions, and lawful civilian selfādefense statutes.
The policy prioritizes the preservation of life, proportionality, and minimal necessary force in all encounters.
1. POLICY STATEMENT
Officers shall use the least amount of force reasonably necessary to achieve lawful objectives.
Force must always be:
-
Lawful
-
Necessary
-
Proportionate to the threat
-
Applied with respect for human life
Lethal force is strictly a last resort, permitted only when an officer reasonably believes there is an imminent threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or another person.
The Department expects all officers to meet or exceed the professional standards of major city police departments in Missouri, including the Saint Louis Metropolitan Police Department, while applying more restrained, measured force whenever possible.
2. DEāESCALATION
Before any use of force, officers shall:
-
Attempt verbal direction,
-
Use tactical repositioning,
-
Create distance,
-
Employ timeābased strategies,
-
Use calming communication,
-
And consider minimal physical control techniques when safe.
Deāescalation is required when safe and feasible.
3. LEVELS OF FORCE
3.1 NonāPhysical Control
-
Verbal commands
-
Presence
-
Negotiation
-
Warnings

-
Death
-
Serious physical injury
-
Or a suspect displaying a weapon capable of lethal force

-

-
Weighted striking tools
4.5 Improvised Lethal Objects
Objects commonly harmless do not justify lethal force unless used in a manner likely to cause death.

The following do NOT qualify as lethal threats unless used in an extreme, clearly deadly manner:
5.1 Rocks
-
Small rocks
-
Gravel-sized objects

5.3 Clearly NonāLethal Toys
The following shall NOT be treated as real weapons:

End of Policy
Republic of the Wolf Pack Xanthera
Politizia Department
UseāofāForce, DeāEscalation, and SelfāDefense Policy
(CivilianāCentered, ZeroāTolerance Force Minimization Standard)
1. Purpose
This policy establishes clear, lawful, and civilianāfocused standards governing the use of force by Politizia officers. The preservation of life, dignity, and public trust is the primary mission of the department. All force decisions shall be guided by necessity, proportionality, accountability, and restraint.
2. Primary and Overriding Duty
-
Force minimization and deāescalation are the highest and controlling priority in every engagement, without exception.
-
This duty applies to all interactions, including nonāviolent, administrative, investigative, and enforcement contacts.
-
Officers shall treat nonāforce resolution as the preferred and expected outcome whenever possible.
3. ZeroāTolerance for Unnecessary Force
-
Any use of force beyond what is absolutely necessary to safely resolve the situation is prohibited.
-
Force shall never be used for:
-
Convenience
-
Speed or expediency
-
Intimidation
-
Punishment
-
Assertion of authority alone
-
-
The absence of violence increases, not decreases, the obligation to deāescalate.
4. Mandatory DeāEscalation
-
Officers must actively and continuously attempt deāescalation using:
-
Calm verbal communication
-
Tactical patience
-
Time, distance, and positioning
-
Requesting assistance or supervision
-
-
Deāescalation may only be bypassed when immediate action is required to prevent imminent death or serious bodily harm.
Failure to attempt deāescalation when feasible constitutes a policy violation.
5. SelfāDefense and Defensive Force Authority
-
Officers are authorized to use force only when they reasonably believe it is immediately necessary to protect:
-
Their own life
-
The life of another person
-
The life of an animal under direct threat
-
-
There is no duty to retreat when an officer is lawfully present and acting within the scope of duty.
-
Defensive force must still comply with force minimization, proportionality, and continuous reassessment requirements.
6. Force as a Last Resort
-
Physical force may be used only after reasonable deāescalation efforts have been exhausted or rendered ineffective.
-
Lethal force is authorized only when:
-
A clear, immediate, and unavoidable threat of death or serious bodily harm exists, and
-
No lesser alternative is available.
-
7. Threat and Object Assessment
-
Escalation toward lethal force requires a clear, articulate, and credible threat involving a real weapon, including but not limited to:
-
Firearms
-
Knives or edged weapons
-
Bows, crossbows, or slingshots
-
-
Objects such as rocks, sticks, nonābladed tools, or improvised items are nonālethal threats unless circumstances clearly prove otherwise.
-
Clearly identifiable toys, replicas, novelty items, or harmless objects do not justify lethal force.
8. Continuous Reassessment
-
Officers must continuously reassess the situation throughout the encounter.
-
Force must be immediately reduced or ceased once:
-
Control is achieved
-
Compliance is obtained
-
The threat diminishes or ends
-
9. Accountability
-
Every use of force is subject to review.
-
Officers must be able to articulate:
-
Why deāescalation was attempted
-
Why force became necessary
-
Why the chosen level of force was the minimum required
-
-
Failure to meet this standard constitutes a policy violation and may result in administrative or criminal consequences under Xantherian law.
10. Guiding Principle
The Politizia exists to protect life first.
Force is a tool of last resort, not a default response.
Status
This policy is selfācontained, sovereign, auditable, and effective immediately.
