OPERATION HOWLSHIELD

Mission

Detect, document, and neutralize coordinated hate/terroristic trolling directed at therians and Xantherian citizens. Operation HOWLSHIELD is a defensive, evidence-led campaign whose primary objective is to locate troll activity across platforms and jurisdictions, report offending content to appropriate platforms and partners, and coordinate with allies for lawful remediation and protection of affected citizens.

Scope & Modality

• Primary focus: online detection, documentation, platform reporting, ally notification, and community protection.

• Secondary focus (IRL): lawful, measured response to in-person harassment or coordinated offline campaigns that endanger Xantherian citizens or disrupt peaceful civic life.

• Nomadation Customs Enforcement (N.C.E.)

• Arctic Wolf Unit (A.W.U.)

• Blue Wolf Unit (B.L.W.U.)

Note: The Blue Wolf Unit (B.L.W.U.) participates in online operations only and will not be deployed for IRL field actions under this operation.

Objective & Tasks (all operations)

1. Detect — Monitor public platforms and networks for troll posts, coordinated harassment, doxxing, threats, and other actions targeting therians.

2. Document — Capture timestamps, URLs, usernames, screenshots, metadata, and preserved copies in secure evidence logs. Use cryptographically-dated evidence where available.

3. Report — Submit platform reports to the host platform’s abuse/reporting channels, and notify allied organizations and moderators. Follow each platform’s reporting protocols and escalate when necessary.

4. Coordinate — Share verified intelligence with allied groups and internal command for unified response and protection measures.

5. Protect — Provide support and guidance to targeted individuals (privacy steps, reporting templates, referral to legal or mental-health resources as available).

6. Comply — All actions must be lawful, non-violent, and documented. No unauthorized retaliation, doxxing, or illegal activity will be tolerated.

Rules of Engagement & Legal Boundaries

• Operation HOWLSHIELD is defensive and legally compliant. Units will not engage in unlawful surveillance, harassment, or direct retaliation.

• Preserve chain of custody for evidence. Do not alter original files.

• Immediate physical threats or credible threats of violence must be escalated to internal leadership and, where appropriate, to authorized local law enforcement or allied legal partners.

• Respect the privacy and wishes of targeted citizens; do not release personal information without explicit consent or lawful order.

Escalation & Allies

• Low- to medium-harm harassment: platform reporting + ally/moderator notification.

• Coordinated campaigns or credible threats: consolidate evidence, notify leadership, consult allied partners, and escalate to law enforcement if imminent harm is suspected.

• International or cross-platform incidents: coordinate across Nomadation Customs Enforcement and allied nodes for wider mitigation.

Command & Contact

Operation HOWLSHIELD is authorized by Militaraz Command. Operational leads will be appointed for each unit and will report to centralized command for coordinated action. Confidential contact and evidence submission channels will be distributed to unit leads and community moderators.

From the Office of Militaraz Command, Republic of the Wolf Pack Xanthera:

Effective immediately, the Militaraz has expanded operational capability with the formal integration of mobile drone launchers, a dedicated airfield, and the Republic’s Rocket Base. These new systems ensure the Republic maintains both flexibility and strength in field operations.

Key Additions

• Rocket Base – The Republic’s heavy launch site, designed for strategic deployment. Rockets may be staged, launched, or coordinated with drone operations under Militaraz command.

• Airfield – A central hub for drone launch, recovery, and maintenance. Drones may be serviced and rearmed here under full operational control.

• Mobile Drone Launchers – Truck-mounted drone platforms, fully capable of forward field operations. Drones may land near trucks, reload, and relaunch without returning to the airfield.

Operational Doctrine

Under the new Field Doctrine, drones are authorized to:

• Launch and land at any Republic-controlled site (Airfield, Rocket Base, or mobile truck positions).

• Be reloaded and redeployed in the field via mobile truck crews.

• Coordinate with rocket operations when landing or launching from the Rocket Base.

Safety & Oversight

All operations remain under Militaraz Range Safety Officers (RSOs), ensuring launches, landings, and reloading cycles are conducted safely. Forward units, truck crews, and pilots are expected to maintain strict adherence to operational checklists and exclusion zones.

The C.A.P.P.S. Commanders and Presidents Protective Services keeps the presidents and commanders of Xanthera safe and usually are high ranked in the Spieeetsnazzi.

This Role is filled by Spieeetsnazzi as well and is our fire department. The name is German for Fire War Base 6. The reason being is because we believe if your a firefighter your at war with the fire and still a soldier but you use a water nozzle instead. You can recieve traning at FSRI.org

history and background 2006-2024

the beginning(2006-2009)

The Xantherian Spieetsnazzi started off at a small church in South Illinois around 2006 or so. the church offered after services Ninjitsu class open to all ages. We were a sister group to the Akatsuki being lead by a man who had dreams of being a great leader. But time had other plans our Wolf Pack X as we called it. Now we as ninjas went down a different path car racing.

truck racing and the quarter mile!!!!!(2009-2015)

The Wolf Pack X as the ninja group became car racing with a Dodge Dakota 2005 V8 4.6L. We first bought a Ram air intake for it(pictured below) then we literally took it to the streets. Accelerating as fast as we could at red lights til we hit the speed limit. But on the back-roads mums the word. Then we heard about a new way to race MIDNIGHT MADNESS at gateway motorsports park.

This changed the Game completely as gateway showed us a new way to drive. A new way to race. So we bought a dual exhaust. And a ford ranger but we surrendered it when we realized it wasn't in the budget. Eventually though as all good things come to an end so did car racing. But the wolf pack did not go dormant.

the national stupidity!!!! (2015-2018)

There finally came that point friends where our nation had to wisen up!!!!!!! Learning and wisdom will be our keys to success now. So came learning in the forms of Ethical Hacking and Fire Safety!!!!!!! Finally one day on our computers we found out about Micronations. I forget where from at first I believe it was a YouTube special on Molossia. Once we researched the Micronations we knew who we were. Now where did we belong?

The Migration Of love2018-2024

Alas one of our generals found love in a gay bar called rehab in saint Louis. the nation had to migrate as the general was. So we said goodbye to Illinois who we hold dear in our hearts. And traveled onward to Missouri where we learned a new way a farming way. 2018-2024. We made it away from the city into the lovely countryside of Franklin County and so we reside and grow.
